We support your mental health and maternal role adaptation including changes with your identity, emotional regulation, roles/responsibilities and relationships.

She is warm and compassionate in her approach, and provides a safe and nurturing environment for you to heal and grow.
Meet Rachel
Rachel of Belonging in Motherhood is a Mental Health Occupational Therapist, and Mama to a spirited toddler.
Her vision is to provide education and support to mothers as they navigate their new ‘occupation’ of motherhood: facilitating occupational balance, re-establishing identity, and nurturing the mother-baby dyad.
Rachel uses an integrated approach of psychological, somatic, and sensory practices, which are applied through a trauma-informed lens. Her therapy is rooted in attachment, guided by biologically normal infant and maternal development, and honours maternal wisdom.
Rachel has a special interest in neurodiversity, sensory overwhelm and presenting anxiety and mood challenges. She is expanding her knowledge in complex trauma and birth trauma.
She aims to create a warm, nurturing, and non-judgmental environment, fostering a sense of trust and safety.
